the hotel's location is very convenient, near to many attractions. i found the breakfast to be quite good with many different options available. the staff was helpful and friendly , which i appreciated.
The room i received did not match the photos online. it was somewhat basic and small. sound isolation in the room was poor. I could hear conversations in other rooms.

The staff was lovely. Mr amin and togrul assisted with dinner cruise bookings. the breakfast had different types of foods. Everything tasted amazing!!!

i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially amin and tural. they provided quick assistance when i needed directions. i found the la perla cafe inside the hotel convenient for morning coffee. i also liked that the hotel arranged a comfortable, spacious room for my family.
the television in the room was quite small. it made it difficult to watch shows comfortably from the beds. i hope they consider upgrading the tvs in the rooms for a better viewing experience.

the hotel features la perla cafe which provides coffee and other beverages, i liked the option of having coffee on-site. they serve breakfast with cakes and a variety of options. the cafe is open for lunch and dinner.

The location is quite central. it allowed easy access to various points of interest. the staff members were helpful. Mr amin and toghrul provided useful assistance. the breakfast offered a variety of foods.
The room i initially received was not as expected. the tv was quite small. the air conditioning did not perform well enough. It was insufficient despite mild temperatures outside.

The staff was really helpful with directions. the breakfast included multiple cheese options. I found feta quite good. furthermore the shuttle service to the airport was punctual. the driver was courteous and the car was clean.
